In Goa, the best time is 8 to 12 am, when the wave shape is right for surfing. Lessons during stormy weather are forbidden.
Yes, because due to our teaching methodology, almost anyone can stand on the board and be on the crest of the wave.
A simple skin-tight cotton T-Shirt and loose swimming shorts are enough. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen and good vibes!
Training takes place in a specially selected area, at a safe distance from the swimmers, at shallow depth and only under the supervision of a certified instructor.
